First Stop: Galicia

This winter, channel a Spanish summer at Lums.
We’re heading to north-west Spain for the month of July.

Coastal flavours lead the way!
- Modern octopus Gallego with ’nduja emulsion, crispy chips, sweet corn purée and basil oil,
paired with a glass of Cala Rey Tinto
- Gambas Gallegas with tiger prawns, shallot crème fraîche, paprika oil and chilli strips,
matched with Cuatro Rayas Organic Verdejo

Each dish and wine pairing is designed to reflect the freshness, spice and coastal energy of Galicia.

$30 per dish, including wine pairing
